DESCRIPTION:JOSHWAY is teaming up with Donegan Elementary in the Bethlehem Area School District for a four-part digital wellness and literacy workshop series. The series is designed to help youth\, families\, and educators build healthy\, balanced relationships with technology. The JOSHWAY team emphasizes balance over elimination\, mental health awareness\, safe digital behavior\, and practical\, hands-on tools that students and parents can apply immediately at home. \nWorkshops are student-centered\, with adults present as learning partners. Sessions are interactive and discussion-based\, intentionally creating space for youth voice\, leadership\, and action. \nDigital Mindfulness & Mental Health\nTechnology as a tool\, mindfulness\, presence\, and emotional awareness. \nDigital Diet & Device Balance\nBalance vs. elimination\, focus modes\, notifications\, habit loops\, and reclaiming attention. \nAI Literacy & Intentional Use\nAI awareness through understanding the AI tools youth use\, companion modes\, safeguards\, and responsible AI behavior. \nCyber Security & Digital Identity\nOnline safety\, cyberbullying\, gaming risks\, identity protection\, and digital citizenship. \nNote: This is a private event.\n		\n				\n					\n				\n							\n			\n			\n				\n					\n				\n									\n				\n						\n			\n		\n						\n				\n										\n						\n									Request this program for your group
