JOSHWAY® is a nonprofit in Easton, PA that connects youth to real world opportunities, with a focus on life skills, self-confidence, and digital literacy.

95% of youth say mental health and stress are their biggest challenges. Most of them aren’t missing talent. They’re missing access, a plan, and someone in their corner.
Inspired by Josh’s story, we show up where young people already are, in schools, after school programs, and youth organizations.
We help them discover who they are, build the skills to back it up, and connect them to real world opportunities. When a young person finds their project, we move with urgency.

We meet young people in classrooms, the JOSHWAY Bridge, and Digital Wellness workshops, home of The Digital Diet™. This is where they find their project, and where we find their spark.
In the Creative Lab at 913 Northampton Street, young people get hands on with technology and create with intention. Podcasts, 3D printing, music, film, comics, and video games.
When we see a spark, we plug them into real world opportunities: JOSHWAY Forward, A Market for Kids, scholarships, internships, and teaching their peers. Nothing builds confidence like leading the room.
